FEARLESS 6th of March 2025, Oslo Event Hub will go down in the history books as the day we shook Norway with the true power of women! Together with ELLE Norway we managed to not only sell out a full-day event but also to make the town vibrate and make a statement for Women’s Day - together we can make anything happen and accelerate women's ownership - united.  

 

The day started with networking and mingling with the partners and female founders who was showcasing their products and services, looking at the corporate walls crumble while the guests moved around the room to talk, connect and be inspired. You could talk to a global marketplace giant like Amazon and a newly female-founded company all in 5 minutes. I for one look forward to hearing about all of the potential collaborations and partnerships that came out of the vibrant beginning of FEARLESS.  

 

Before the stage programme started the winner of the pitch contest we had before the event, Studio Søm, Trine Rose gave an excellent pitch and got everyone excited. Then it was time, to go watch and listen to the brilliant speakers on stage. And they did not disappoint. Hearing about the experience of being a woman in many different fields, we heard the harsh reality of little to no science about menopause and the specific women-related conditions, the constant struggle women entrepreneurs face against investors and structural government systems that make being and/or becoming financially independent as a woman. Splashed on with inspiration and success stories from Petra Tungården to Tina x that filled the room with excitement and hope.  

 

It was a match made in heaven is the only way to describe it, and together with every single guest and partner we truly succeeded with the mission of FEARLESS- putting the women's perspective on the financial market in the spotlight. Releasing the harsh truth awkwardly but necessary to be able to move forward and be able to accelerate women’s ownership.
