We are thrilled to announce that Mareauline has joined the Feminvest family. With a robust background in investment management and fund operations, Mareauline brings expertise and enthusiasm that will undoubtedly contribute to FemInvest’s continued success.

Mareauline has honed her skills in various roles, where she excelled in sourcing and analyzing investment opportunities, leading due diligence processes, and managing the legal aspects of deals. Her extensive experience in fund management, regulatory frameworks, and investor relations will be invaluable to our team. Passionate about strategic decision-making, she is eager to collaborate with her new colleagues to drive Feminvest’s investment fund, the first sizable Nordic investment fund dedicated to women entrepreneurs. The new fund aims to address the gender disparity in business ownership by providing substantial financial backing to women-led startups.

Professional Background:

  • Bling Capital AB, Stockholm, Sweden: Since January 2024, Mareauline has served as a Fund Manager, developing fund administrative and reporting functions, creating fund marketing materials, and managing deal flow. Bling Capital AB focuses on supporting underrepresented founders, the fund has raised EUR 1,7 million and developed a portfolio of six companies so far.
  • The Inner Foundation, Stockholm, Sweden: As an Interim Investment & Portfolio Manager, Mareauline managed a $100m portfolio focusing on mental health for Gen-Z. She led due diligence processes, evaluated business strategies, and prepared comprehensive investment reports, presenting multiple deals to the investment committee.
  • Companisto GmbH, Berlin, Germany: In her role as an Investment Manager, Mareauline screened over 300 pitch decks, conducted due diligence and valuations, facilitated term sheet negotiations, and managed investor relations. She played a key role in significant funding rounds, including leading a €2.2 million Pre-Series A funding for a FoodTech company.
  • CNI Growth PE Investor: Starting in 2019, Mareauline gained comprehensive insights into private equity, handling fund registration, fundraising, investor communication, due diligence, deal structuring, and exit processes.
  • Aztec Group: Mareauline’s experience in fund and corporate services provided her with a solid foundation in managing large PE funds from a legal and administrative perspective.
  • Nordax Bank: She contributed to the strategic development and digitalization of the credit business in Germany, integrating internal processes across marketing channels and customer onboarding.
  • FNZ: Her first role after university taught her the intricacies of scaling a start-up and establishing new processes in a dynamic and fast growing environment.

Educational Background:

Mareauline holds an LLM in Corporate Law and Financial Regulation from the University of Edinburgh. She gained valuable experience through various internships with law firms in London, Frankfurt, and Cologne.

Personal Background:

Born and raised in Frankfurt, Mareauline’s educational journey took her to the Black Forest in St. Blasien. She pursued her law studies in the UK, living in Cambridge and Edinburgh, before moving to Stockholm in 2017.
